Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 August 2026
This policy explains what ReelSpace (“we”, “the site”) stores when you use this website. We do not sell personal information. We do not run user accounts.
Information we store
- On your device: watch progress, My List, and cookie/ad consent in local storage. This data stays in your browser unless you send it to us (for example by email).
- Server logs: standard request logs such as IP address, browser type, date/time, and the URL requested. We use these to operate, debug, and protect the site. Logs are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
- No accounts: we do not collect names, emails, or passwords unless you choose to email us.
Cookies and advertising
Essential storage keeps the site working (for example remembering that you set cookie preferences, and your watch list). These are not used to show personalized ads.
If you click Accept, we load Google AdSense. Google may then use cookies and similar technologies to serve, measure, and personalize ads. Google may collect identifiers, IP address, and browsing data as described in Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
You can reject advertising cookies in our banner, change that choice later with Cookie settings in the footer, or use Google Ads Settings. Rejecting ads does not stop essential storage.
Legal bases and your rights
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on legitimate interests to run and secure the site, and on consent for optional advertising cookies. You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold, object to processing, or withdraw ad consent, by emailing us (see Contact). If we hold little or no data about you beyond logs, we will say so.
If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA/CPRA. You may still contact us to ask what limited data we have.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete what we can.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
